Treadmill here. Mile and a half 3x a week at 2.5 mph. Just hang a donut in front of me and I keep on going.

One of my old best buddies is a recently retired Marine Gunny Sgt.

He confessed that he couldn't swim worth a damn, just sink to the bottom, when he brought his family over for some poolside time last year. I nearly spit beer out my nose in disbelief. Told him it's a good thing he could hitch a ride on an Amtrak when it came down to business! ;D
