I am sad  :'(  ...and feeling terrible old, another part of my youth gone   :-X

Oh no...  :'(  He was one of the few artists that I followed from my teens through to my 50's. He even had an album due out very soon.

it came out friday - radio here trying to get some people who worked on it to say he knew it was his last goodbye album, no one will bite

Amen. I had heard a rumour that he was ill, but I thought it must have been bullshit when the new album came out last week.
