does anybody have the masterplan?

it looks super cool, but pricey at £15 but I'm still tempted, has anybody played it, I cant tell if its real time, or turn-based or pausable etc...

seems to be tactical with lots of things to do, you get slow-mo to plan, you do heists and you can force people to do things at gunpoint, I keep watching the video it looks good really does, but Ive over spent in the sales, so I need a recommendation by someone before I buy.
