The media will have you believe that all the migrants are all victims. Undoubtedly some are, but a lot aren't either. I heard a few horror stories from a guy from southern Hungary today, and what is actually happening with the migrants when they come to western countries is being deliberately censored by the media to keep viewers "on message". It's very sad.

I get to hear from quite a few outraged people in Europe. Overwhelmingly, they are politically moderate, but scandalised at the blind following of PC doctrine by the media and political elite, despite the fact that a sizeable minority of their precious "refugees" are committing a lot of crime as their thank you to European countries opening their doors to them.

Merkel clearly hadn't given the issue much thought to the situation she created when she made such a magnaminous gesture of opening the doors to unfettered migrant colonisation to cultures seriously out of sync with western values. If she was going to encourage immigration, she should have given more thought to managing cultural assimilation and integration into society.

Americans might get a lot of flak on social issues, but at least the cultural assimilation into American society has been handled far better in the past (with immigrants seeing themselves as Americans first, then maybe keeping some historic link to their origins) compared to the ghetto culture that is arising in the EU where the EU country is often seen as a "host" country, to be taken advantage of, with little respect for either that country's laws, nor commitment to genuinely integrate by a sizeable minority of migrants.

I don't have a problem with a country helping those who are genuine refugees and genuinely want to integrate, but not those criminals who hide behind their "culture" to commit crime. What is worse in some ways is the cover up by German police to hide mass sex crime as an act of politically correct motivated racism against native Germans (although frankly the problem isn't limited to Germany - although their police are only just now being brought to account).

Germany for one has bent over backwards for the migrant colonists, yet look at the mass sex attacks that have since happened in Germany. There's appreciation for you... >:(

That's the problem - it's nearly impossible to distinguish them, at least to easily do so.

Indeed. And the majority who are not committing crime get tarred with the same brush.  :( Sadly, it is not a small minority, but a large minority who are the problem, along with the politicians and police who - lacking any moral courage - are scared that if they take robust action will be called racists, or insensitive. Some comfort to a woman who is raped, or sexually assaulted by a gang of them because they feel "entitled". >:(
