Not necessary, since John Williams himself composed a version of the Imperial March in a major key and did a much better job of it (for Phantom Menace).

I hear this music playing while Vader goes about being a "good boss," type while the Death Star is being made.

We hear Vader breathing behind technician - startled, the technician drops his tool as he wheels around.  "Oh, sorry," Vader says, "let me get that for you," as he uses the Force to pick up the dropped tool and floats it over to the grateful worker.  "I just popped by to tell you that I've ordered pizza for lunch, so don't be late or those guys working on the turbolasers will eat it all again.  Oh, I don't know what everyone wanted, so I got a little bit of everything too.  Some cheesy bread as well."  Whistling, Vader continues walking down the hall
