I love Fable The Lost chapters. What a real shame. Does that mean we lose Lionhead games we purchased on STEAM?

Big fan of The Movies game too. Anyone still play that? I had a LOT of fun making films back in the day.

It's a terrific series. They aren't perfect games but I enjoyed each of them.

I love the movies... That is one game that is instant buy is it ever his GOG. It has an expansion too that I would like to pick up.

Well....as a dissenting vote; I thought the first, original Fable was nothing short of awful and never played any of its later iterations.

You'll either like it or hate it.

However, it has an in-game movie maker, where you can make your own movies using animated characters. It can be hilarious, as you can record your own voice overs and they lip-synch. There are sets, costumes and characters to use and it can be hugely fun. Most of these are unlocked throughout each decade, but there is a mod to unlock everything.
The game was very popular for this, and there are tons of mods. If you like it, the Stunts & Effects expansion is also worth getting.

I'd heard unconfirmed rumours about Lionhead being a not good place to be. What's the story behind this?

Mirth is, of course, correct on the chronology, but Lionhead always struck me as Molyneux, for all the good and ill that suggests.

Have you read it? They're incredibly hostile to him, much more critical than they have been of Chris Roberts who, as I pointed out in a similar discussion a few months ago, has a considerably lesser legacy behind him than does Molyneux. I can't really defend Molyneux on Godus, but that's one game out of a huge number, games which are still being aped and are still beloved today. The interviewer clearly had an agenda from the beginning.
