I don't see any information about pre-order.

Have they given a final release date yet? Hard to see the incentive to pre-order when this module has been already delayed to the extent it has...

On the left hand side where it says Purchase. If you click on Buy Now or the image, it takes you to the ordering page.

No final release date given as yet. Normally it takes 6-8 weeks after it becomes available as a pre-order, although I suspect it might be quicker than that this time.

I can't find a way to choose "download only" and not pay the $10.00 shipping.  Does anyone know if that's not available for the pre-order discount?

You can't pre-order the download only option. It's usually available a day or two after the physical copy becomes available.

Yeah, if buying digital version only, really no reason to pre-order anyway since no special discounts or bonuses...no doubt I'll pick up at some point.

Demo will apparently be available in 1-2 weeks. But that's a BFC timeframe, which mean it's likely several weeks away in normal time.

I thought I saw Steve say the actual release was 4-6 weeks away.  Did he mean for hard copy or for all releases?  I thought they said it was all ready to go.

I stopped buying physical copies after Normandy but that did have a paper manual. I'm pretty sure they still print them for new games.
