Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

No damage yet.  Still evaluating Atlantic Fleet at $5, Undertale at $7, or possibly Renowned Explorers: International Society at $10.  But, like others, I find the lack of deep discounts on Daily Sales a good reason to buy one or two games, rather than 4 or 5 total games on a sale like this.

I think the deeper discounts on the old daily sales appealed to my, what is the term that dog trainers use, "Prey Drive"?

;D

OK...I have narrowed it down. I have in my cart:

Pillars of Eternity - The White March Expansion Season Pass (White March parts 1&2) - 18.74

Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Classic - 19.99

Flying Tigers - Shadows Over China - 10.71

Total: 49.44

Still browsing...but I think I can limit my damage to the above.

:crazy2:

I got my new credit card today (current one expires next week) and did the over-the-phone activation.  I wanted to see if it worked so I bought a cheap-o game on Steam.

Warhammer Quest.  Credit card seems to good so that's good.  Warhammer Quest doesn't so that's bad.  Refund request submitted.

Nothing for me.....seems like anything that I am remotely interested in I can pick up at any point in the year at one of the discount web sites (just as cheap or cheaper) so no real urgency to purchase during the sale.  Strangely, it disappoints me to not participate in the sales, I remember a couple of years ago going nuts during these things...a real adrenaline rush.
You had to bring reason into it, I emptied my cart :D. Since we're bringing reason into it I asked myself how many of these will I play before the steam holiday sale, I didn't like the answer hence the empty cart.

I don't buy all the wargames I want, I just buy more than I need.

^I did notice that there are a handful of titles I got at the holiday Steam sale that I haven't touched yet...

I like to make sure that the notes I get out of the ATM are genuine, so I test them in the pub.

Speaking of money and its composition, Barthheart was kind enough to allow me to fondle some of the new bills of our northern neighbors at Origins last weekend.  That is some crazy money y'all got going on there!  Durable as hell, too.

It should be. It's plastic.  :)

Nothing yet. Once my bonus from work hits, either Rise of the Tomb Raider or Doom will be mine.

Let's be honest, I'll buy both of them anyway.  ::)

Toonces

I literally have not played any of the games I bought during the Xmas sale.  Hell, I haven't even installed them!

There are a few games I'm eyeballing, but honestly, if I don't plan to install it and play it the same day, I'm just holding off for this time around.

Shit's gettin' real, homies.

yea, with new return policy i'd like to play the stuff in the return window and refund if its not my thing.Frankly it's like 75% off is my magic number, if its not 75% i figure i'll wait till it goes to 75% off.
