This looks suspiciously like Panzer Korps for Orcs? Anyone tried it?

Yes, several of us have. It's certainly based on the Korps (Corps) engine, but with lots of tweaks; most units have distinct multiple weapons for example. If you like Panzer Generalish games, there's a good chance you'll like this. If you like WH40K, there's a good chance you'll like it (lots and lots of units). If you like both, there's an excellent chance you'll like it, and maybe love it.
