As I get older I am thinking more about selling off some of my board games. Where is the best place to try to sell them off?

Mostly WWII games. LnL, AH, GMT and a few others. I have almost a complete Band of Heroes set. Some ASL early games and At least 2 complete sets of Squad Leader.

Thanks in advance.

eBay and the geekmarket would be your best bet I'd think.  Or post a list here and you'd probably get a few bites too.

Nefaro

I'm going to sell a few board games, probably this coming month, on Ebay.

But I'll post a list, here, for anyone who may want a crack at them first.

As a buyer I've so far (knocks on head) had only good things to say about BGG second hand marketplace. Nice folks with nice games to sell  :smitten:

BGG has nice things like price histories etc, and of course there's lots of additional content about each game, like images and forum discussions that help a lot to make a decision whether a game would be something I'd like or not.
Campaign Series Legion | CS: Vietnam | CS: Middle East

CS: Vietnam DAR: LZ Albany as NVA (South Vietnam 11/17/65)
CS: Middle East DARs: High Water Mark (Syria 10/12/73) Me vs Berto | Riptide (Libya 8/6/85) Me vs Berto | The Crossroads (West Bank 6/5/67)  Me vs Berto

Boardgame AARs: AH D-Day | MMP PanzerBlitz2 Carentan | OSS Putin's Northern War | GMT Next War: Poland | LnL Against the Odds DIY

direct thru eBay, BGG, or CSW would probably net best prices, but will take some work on your part.

Noble Knight would be a one-stop shop but you might not get the most value for your games.

Just curious but what WW2 games do you have for sale?

For your ASL stuff, try the ASL section at Gamesquad. I posted my collection for sale over there and most it was sold in 48 hours.

I don't know about selling but I do about 80% of my game purchasing from CSW Marketplace and about 20% from BGG Marketplace.  I refuse to participate in the outrageousness that is bid-wars on ebay but if making money is the biggest priority (and it usually is of course), then ebay them all individually.  If you just want to pass on games to people that you know will play them, then CSW or BGG.  My $.02

Somebody came home with a bag full of ASL, tripped, knocking over the fan and everything spilled all over the kitchen floor?   :))

Seriously, that would make for a great intro set for someone looking to get into ASL.  You have an interesting mix though - you have counters not belonging to some of those boxes; I see British, French and I also see the "famed" (or "defamed") Black SS counters.  Have you inventoried all that you have there or are you just going to sell it "as is"?

I think I see what you have going on there - you have Squad Leader stuff as well as ASL as best I can judge when I zoom in.

Sheesh that Heroes of the Gap looks as gorgeous as ever...  :smitten:

I've just finished a little classic shopping spree with MechWar'77 Designer Edition, Fifth Corps, and Red Star White Star so I am already a dead man walking as far as it will go when my better half starts to see those parcels coming in again...
