I may pick up the bonus bundle.  Dunno.  That GM's Kit, with the creation randomization stuff, is enticing.  I already have the GM & Players guide in physical format.

I will have to keep an eye on that site, it has some interesting bundles, I don't like this one though :(

It's DriveThruRPG's bundle site.

They tend to have some bundle sale going at any one time.

Dammit Carl!

Nice.  I've always wanted to give M&M a go - my last "supers," game was...wait for it...TSR's Marvel Super Heroes 'lo a million years ago.

M&M3 is loosely based on the d20 system.  But it's almost nothing like D&D3.x.  Pretty much it's own system now.  Just rolling a d20 for anything, and pretty much all results are Conditions or special effects of some sort.  No hard "Hit Points" & such derived stats, just a Stat Block and lists of Abilities.

The variety of options for characters is mind boggling & very open.  There are some pre-made templates you can play around with, but you can come up with pretty much any crazy super-powered monstrosity you can think of.

Certainly something unusual.

While the core game system is pretty easy, the kilotons of options provides a lot of reading & brainstorming potential (what some might consider extra "crunch").  The GM's Guide is very useful for a variety of things, too.
