Project Highrise will be eating up most of my weekend.  I've also re-installed Star Ruler 2 and am finally coming to grips with learning it thanks to this awesome tutorial.  Also continuing my first game in a Twilight Struggle tournament.

Going to Duxford on Saturday to see the Meet The Fighters Air Show. Unfortunately it's going to piss it down  :'( If I get any decent pictures, I'll post them down in the Current Events forum

I will be playing Elite:Dangerous Horizons, F1 2016 to complete my Dubai race and on Sunday I might start the Band of Brother:Ghost Panzers starter scenario I have setup

   Not much gaming coming up for me.  I'm going to Las Vegas for four days to give a talk on Markov Chains in Predictive Models at an analytics conference.  I'm a little tired of explaining Markov Chains in forecasting financial stuff so my toy model is going to be focused on simulating a speculative photosynthetic carbon metabolism in the aerenchyma of extinct arborescent lycopsids.  Hopefully I can be really enthusiastic about that!  At the very least my business cards are festooned with the images of extinct arborescent lycopsids.  Stunning!
   Oh!  If any of you are in Las Vegas this week, I'm giving my talk on Tuesday at 3pm at eposter station 10 at the SAS (just software -- no relation to the special air service) Analytics Thing somewhere in or near the Belagio.

Teaching myself Alea Jacta Est if I have the patience and time.  Probably some Civ IV, if me and my opponent can match up times.

If I get the time there'll be some elite horizons as I head out of the bubble and try and source some shadow running missions

I downloaded world of tanks because I fancied some tank action and steel beasts looks a little heavy - although I didn't realise you could play it tactically and not have to take control of vehicles, I'll give that a bash

Junior and I are into some star dew valley action so I'll probably be growing potatoes and building a barn

I'm really hankering for some Scourge of War: Gettysburg this weekend.  CK2 if I decide to drink.  And maybe some Mount and Blade and/or Of Kings and Men multiplayer to round things out.

3/4 of the way done with Ryse. Starting another Attila TW campaign as the Goths this weekend and waiting for the perfect moment to crack open my precious Witcher 3 GOTY. Also saw that Star Hammer is on sale at Steam this weekend...

Looked at this for a long while, watched the compulsory lets plays and it does look great but no modding and changing the ships into recognisable fictional factions put me off - it's ripe for Star Wars Star Trek goodness
