Played several hours of Witcher 3. I like a lot of it and think the combat is far superior to Skyrim. What I don't like is the seemingly linear gameplay and lack of wilderness. Each locale seems too close whereas in Skyrim there were vast areas of wilderness.

Maybe these will change. I'm also looking for some mods. Much of the graphics seem a little too colorful and unrealistic.

Having learned a number of mistakes with a Pamplona campaign I started a York campaign in knights of honour

At 9pm I considered taking a few screenshots and starting a thread - at 250am I had to go to bed and it had been an amazing game session and I had forgotten the screenshots

I'll try and make a thread later but to encapsulate the awesomeness of the game after a few province improvements I hired a spy, he turned out to be a spy from east anglia and killed my king triggering a war between me, Sussex, Kent, all Scotland and Ireland and Germany

Played mostly Master of Orion (huge map and it's getting bloody - wars everywhere and i try to stay out of them while supporting my allies and Neighbors. Lost my main fleet against the Klackons but they are too busy crushing the Alkaris...now building up a new fleet while still trying to take the few remaining good planets...great game but i don't think i'll be able to finish before the update.

Also played a campaing of Horizon...had some good expansion until the AI empires launched a full attack on my colonies...now i just have Earth left...lost. Keep on forgetting how bloody good the AI is in that game.

Continued my Civilization V campaign as Japan (in Africa)....slow progression but fun.

Moreb as you play Witcher 3 you can will see more wilderness areas open up. The urban areas, like Novigrad, Oxenfurt, etc., really felt like realized cities to me too. Probably the best cities I have seen in any RPG.

I played a bit of Horizon as well. I forgot how much I like it. I've even decided to try to finish off my Star Trek mod.

I played a lot of World of Warships.

Everyday did a Scourge Waterloo session with Asid's friends and that was a total immersion blast.

Got PON  installed and patched in preparation for Grogs email party.

Friend gifted me Civil VI  and I did not even get to that this weekend.

On steam charts: Civilization V has more players than Civilization VI since this week. Not so good...

Toonces

Skyrim > Witcher 3.

Also, what's this multiplayer Scourge of War y'all are doing?  I might be down with some of that!

Every day this weekend including  Friday, Asid's group hosted a game in the afternoon.  Very helpful in training  on HITS play, they used courier only for communication. Very immersion, it was awesome.

Hi Jason

No videos yet. However you can download the replays and play them if you have the game. :)

We play using the HITS method which is very immersive.
