guys - I'm looking for a movie based on a line from it.  I can't even remember the context, but there was a movie where a character with a bad (eastern european?) accent was talking with the lead about what was going to happen to another character in the movie, and the guy with the bad accent was saying that
"he will be.....  pyoo-nished" 

It's just the line that's stuck in my head.  help - what is this?

FWIW - it's a remake of an early-70's muscle-car chase flick, and one of the radio calls from that first movie was recited by Axl at the end of Breakdown (last song, side 1 of Use You Illusion II, back when music actually had "sides")

and I'm doing this from memory, rather than cut-and-paste from some song lyrics site, so it might not be 100% perfect, but I don't feel like getting out the iPod right now

That was it - I think I'd forcibly dumped all Jar-Jar related material from my brain, and had a mental lock on it for some reason.
