You'll notice they were never complaining about GW's various Chaos forces depicted wearing skinned human faces before, in both 40K and Fantasy lines that have been around for decades. 

I'd still tell them to pound more sand into their irritated vaginas, of course.

My son has become obsessed with Deathwing and is constantly interrogating me about the lore.  We've been through the Great Crusade, the Horus Heresy, the death of Sanguinius, the origins of the Death Companies, &c.  Come to think of it, I'm glad his school covers the Judaeo-Christian narrative as well as it does lest I be thought a bad parent.

That said, we got round to this grievance and he concluded in short order:

1.  The Space Wolves are lunatic Scottish gits not to be disrespected, but who have silly units.

2.  They ought to wear kilts.

3.  They're only wearing the skins of their pet wolves who died in combat and the wolves would have wanted it that way.

He's eight.
