I wonder where they filmed it at? Some of the shots looked a little like Williamsburg, Va. Hardy has great screen presence.

Tom Hardy revealed that he wanted to film some scenes fully nude but was forced to put on a loin cloth explaining, "You're lucky there was a loin cloth because I didn't want one. It's not a period drama until someone gets naked and covers themselves in blood. You can't have naughtiness like Game of Thrones on the BBC." Even so, Hardy did film some scenes with full frontal nudity and some of these filming pictures were leaked in the media but all such scenes for cut from the final edit of the show.

Enjoyed the first one.  Which rarely happens with tv series since they often require the first few episodes to gel. 

Seems like another Count Of Monte Cristo type of vengeful return story, but obviously with some secretive twists and questionable sanity hidden in the middle.  Which is just fine with me.

OK. Second date went alright. I'm not in love but I'm not not-in-love either. If I weren't such a shameless hussie for Victorian England I'd ditch this little tease and snuggle-up to some real action refreshment but my hussie-side would never shut-up about it. So, I'm in for a third watching. I feel so dirty.  :-\

Another good show. The plot's really taking-off now. I'd sure hate to play Poker against Hardy. His expression NEVER changes. It'd be like playing one of the heads on Mt. Rushmore.

I'm liking it and Hardy is doing a great job. I also like the actor that plays the chemist.

Lincoln's head is too honest to bluff, but that damned Roosevelt grinning all the time-- you can never tell what he's holding. And watch-out for Jefferson! You can't see where either one of his hands are.  ^-^

OK. That was a short season 1, but a good one. Looks like they're going to need a whole lot of new cast for Season 2. I thought I saw Tom Hardy smile once when he got shot so.... better be careful there Tom.
