I saw one prediction that parts of New York were going to see up to 4"/hour at the height of the storm

Yes that's my neck of the woods. Storm total is predicted to 1-2 feet. The Wife, in typical The Wife fashion, has also left for business in Minnesota and the Seattle in-laws are set to be stuck in Georgia. Which leaves me with the Minigusses, our dog and the in-laws gigantic Rottweiler. Pray for me.

The last couple of days the prditions have been all over the place. Looks like were only going to get 1-3 inches

Wishing The Wife a safe trip -- and you some shreds of sanity these next few days, my friend. 

We had a group of 20 folks from some turkey company out east stay at one of the hotels last night.  The literally flew over the worst of the storm to get here -- a fact for which they were quite grateful.  O:-)
