I highly encourage picking this up for that price.  There is a lot of multiplayer fun to be had.

I particularly like the Warband cRPG mod as well as stock Napoleonics.  Still a healthy MP community so I think you'll get your money's worth.

I've had trouble getting into the single player campaign in Warband.  That is most likely user error.  However, it is the third most-played game in my Steam collection, so that's saying something for how fun it is in multiplayer!

I've also had issue getting into the single-player campaign for M&B Warband.  However, I've quite enjoyed the With Fire & Sword campaign so it must just be the setting and generic flavor that puts me off Warband.  Because I've had a good amount of enjoyment out of WF&S .. probably because it's in an interesting historical setting (Time Of Troubles) as opposed to some generic bleh one.

I fully intend to get back into Napoleonics multi-player when the FPS mood hits me again.  That was a blast.  8)

I enjoyed Warband although it could do for some more fleshing out of the world.  After a while it can get a bit repetitive but it still is alot of fun.

If any of my Pendragon player reads this, and you don't have this collection yet, I would like to encourage you to pick it up if you have the $8.74.  I have an idea of using multiplayer Mount and Blade Warband to fight out some of the Pendragon battles, but that will only work if we all have it.

No guarantees of course, but I like to think someday we will pick the campaign back up.

Is it specifically Warband we would need? I'm reasonably certain I own it, even if I've not actually D/Led it yet.

Yes, if I can figure out how to do what I want to do, it would be in Warband.
