Finally watched this on the plane. Not bad. Not great but not bad.
You get to see some of the good bits of Charlize. Including lez sex scene.
Good fight scenes.
Great 1989 period music.
Charlize in thigh high CFMBs.
Cold War spy shenanigans.
Charlize in skin tight evening gowns.

You get the idea.

Well worth streaming.
