Not bad but it looks very sterile.  I agree with Barthheart, something to spice it up would be nice.  Also it might be an optical illusion but it doesn't look like the hex is centered over the word 'keep' unless of course this is intentional.

Try putting the word 'and' in a hex instead of having a naked hex at the top?

Or make the 'O's hexes and ditch the separate hex symbol entirely.

I don't want any counters or images in the hex b/c it makes the whole think too genre/battle-specific.  I want it to be generically grog-specific :)

I'm wondering how it will look if we keep the crown on top for consistency. Almost every shirt I've seen starts with that icon and then deviates. Try that and see how things look.
