Okay, just finished loading Panzer Strategy, and.... I like it a lot so far. (Not the voice acting so much, but English is clearly not the actors' primary language. Everything is understandable at least, and the actors/narrator will occasionally translate terms past the written dialogue.)

Granted, I've barely even started the tutorial mission, which is helping Franco against the Republicans by the way, but as a Panzer General successor this game makes me grin uncontrollably. (And cringe somewhat at overly-rational Hitler who doesn't sound anything like Hitler.  >:D Still, I appreciate the effort at setting from the German Nationalist perspective!)

I'm playing Fallout 3 - at least for a little while longer.  The GoG version has run smoothly on a new Falcon Talon using Windows 10.

I tried doing a live broadcast of Aggressors: Ancient Rome, but it stopped recording/broadcasting for no clear reason after about 5 minutes (without telling me), so that video's gone. 

I did learn pretty quickly this afternoon that the random map generator does work, at least when the game resolution is 1080 instead of 720.

Coming in on the tail end, but it's labor day so what the hell.

I've been playing a lot of Field of Glory 2 both singleplayer and multiplayer. The modular nature of the game and how customizable/moddable it is is easily half the fun. I've nearly finished reading Vegetius' De Re Militari and was thinking about putting together a small campaign in FOG2 that would follow a hypothetical "Vegetian Reformation" of the late Roman military, a la the Marian Reforms of the late Republic.

I've also been playing some Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy and working on a small video for it. Hoping to have that done sooner^TM rather than later.

Lastly, I've surprised myself by reinstalling and playing some Total War: Attila with the Terminus Total War - Imperium mod. It's been enjoyable so far. I'm really not a fan of the new Total War games for a whole host of reasons that include game mechanics and design, but every now and then I reinstall them and give them another go. Most of their appeal to me is their accessibility and graphics. Plus, I'm obsessed with operational/strategic layers. We'll see how long Attila lasts before it is inevitably uninstalled again.

I'll have to give it a go. There's a lot of good user made content for Field of Glory 2.
