.........ok, as victory looms in the battle for the Duchy of Meissen it occurs to me that we were fighting for Adelheid's claim (my dead son's wife), not my grandson's claim, as Adelheid is still alive (dont think i didnt consider the alternative!), and therefore what we win here will be passed to her. As my son is now dead, she's not even a court member, let alone a member of the family, everything we have achieved is just for some fat German Duchess to benefit from.
