Regiments and Nebulous Fleet Command.

Enjoy the weekend !

When I first saw the header I said to myself 'what are the chances they used the Type O Negative version.' And you delivered! Nicely done.

I am just steps away from my first Total War campaign victory in a while as the Tuareg in the Fire and Sword 634 AD mod for Attila TW.

Thinking of starting a new campaign in that mod (maybe the Avars?) because I have had such a great time playing it. Or maybe a Gothic campaign in Total War: Rome Remastered - Barbarian Invasion.

Also looking at jumping into CKIII and back into Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and a whole slew of horror themed games and RPGs as August winds down, including V Rising.

She was really into it for awhile, but now she really only wants to play if I will play too and I've sort of moved on from it.

I'm going to hazard a guess that if your daughter was really into it, other than using it as a way to hang out with her, that you would not be too into it for very long.

Dammit Carl!

Never knew that song version existed; nice.

Totes wrapped up in my 7 Days to Die world, but I'm playing with the bumpers up and water-wings on in that I've stretched the Horde night to 30 days and minimal amount of zombies to deal with.  Figure to get up to speed with the game as I'm not very conversant with survival crafting games per se before playing a tighter Horde schedule with more zeds (if I can keep my attention on a game for that long).

Off to boil water!

Speaking of daughters I'm moving both of mine into college over the course of this upcoming week.

Drove the first leg of the trip for the first one today.  Thankfully the Tappan Zee Bridge (I refuse to call the new bridge by it's official name not for any political reason just out of sentiment for the old bridge) was not backed up like it usually is.

I'm going to try to fit in some gaming over the weekend but it will be limited.

Medieval TW 2 with the Stainless Steel Mod as the Stormin' Normans. I got the Pope to call a Crusade to help me get Cairo from the Fatimids. I sent all my troops east there to do it and, of course, Aragon declares war on me in the west.  :pullhair:  Have a great weekend  Grogs.

You're not alone W8 - most of NY will never call the Tappan Zee Bridge anything but that.

Age of Empires IV (half price atm and two new free factions announced) - I have so far completed 5 faction masteries by concentrating on the tasks provided and playing against AI with friends all at the same time. I like AOEIV because you can put your men on the walls, put your men in formation and then order them to stand ground which then creates an impassable barrier to the enemy. Enabling you to use some semblance of tactics total war style. Shame it does not have flanking and morale but hey, it's an AOE game with all the abstraction and strategic building side of things that entails. The soldier models also look great and remind me of an actual army once you get 150 of them.
Nebulous Fleet Command - Still pottering around with this. In the same vein wanted Children of a Dead Earth as well but the sale is already over for that and it's single player.

I might get to some WARNO or Steel Division 2 as well.

Have to say I am a little excited for the DCS Northern Australia map that is in the works. It's by a third party and all I see is people upset that it is not a Vietnam map.

Total War Warhammer 2 Immortal Empires heavily modded until they iron out the bugs in Warhammer 3 Immortal Empires...

I've got my game modded so perfectly now that moving to vanilla buggy WH3 just would not be the same...

About 135 different mods including one of my own. I guess I could create a steam collection but that would take forever haha...
