For the last week I have been getting a an Error 429 while perusing the boards. It says I have been making too many access requests. I am not that fast of a reader. What's up?

That is very strange. Site has been running flawlessly for me <knock on wood>

Interested if anyone else is getting that error.

In looking into this, I've noted that several discrete users appear to be assigned the same IP address. In other words, I see several of our active members are posting from the same IP address. This strikes me as unusual, and maybe has something to do with the access error?

Does anyone have any feedback on why multiple users who are clearly located in totally different areas or using totally different routers have the same IP? This is outside my limited technical "expertise".  :uglystupid2:

I haven't had any issue the last few days, but this past weekend I was hit with access denied errors numerous times.

No issues here.

Single IP could be a large (global) company routing or proxying all web traffic through a single piece of infrastructure.

I've gotten the 429 Error more than once.
