Hello and Happy New Year to you all. I would not consider myself a "grognard," per se, especially in my early 30s, but a few Googles for older or more obscure computer wargames have led me here over the past couple months. So, I figured I might as well make an account. I don't know a soul in real life who enjoys these kinds of games, so it's always nice to find a community who does.

I recently (as of this afternoon) began getting my feet wet with TacOps 4 and it has been incredible. A deep, rich, rewarding modern warfare game. Just what I have been looking for!

I also am enjoying playing the following wargames:

• Campaign Series Vietnam
• War Plan Orange: Dreadnoughts in the Pacific
• Tigers Unleashed
• Flashpoint Campaigns Cold War
• Empires in Arms

Welcome!  Your list of games makes you sound like a Gognard.  The only one you are missing to get the Grognard badge is Dwarf Fortress
