We've been modeling rovers on Moon/Mars wrong.  The effect of gravity on sand wasn't considered so we way overestimated traction.  Spirit rover on Mars probably got stuck permanently as a result.

If it will kill flies too, I"m in!  Assuming I win the lottery.  I wonder how many flashes it takes to damage your eye?  Safety features are never 100% effective.

I'm a retired EE and product developer.  No way this is cheap.  It has to both scan for objects of correct size and track them but then aim a laser at them.  Have no idea how this is not a device the government safety orgs won't control the hell out of (for good reason, it's dangerous).

My first thought was "cool model", then I saw it was a robot.  And then I saw one of the arm attachments was a chain saw!  WTF!  There needs to be a remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
