The RoF Channel map comes packaged with its own campaigns like the other RoF maps, doesn't it?

I think it only works with quick missions and user missions at the moment.

My SSD drive crashed on monday, lost my current saves for CK2 and X-Com.

Out of curiosity.. how long did that SSD survive?

A little over a year. When I built my new rig I went with the cheaper Crucial drive rather then a more expensive Intel one. The crucial also had more negative reviews then the Intel drive did at the time, but I primarily based my decision off of price. I put An Intel drive in this week and its noticeably more responsive then my crucial drive ever was.

I wouldn't put my OS on the SSD.  That would be solely for game installs that require a lot of textures and graphical performance.  I've not really had any issue with slow Win7 startup times, but I keep my systray startup programs quite thin so that Windows isn't loading every little program that tries to run on startup.

I'm just not sure if I really have enough demanding games that have to draw such large doses of textures from the drive, constantly, after the initial loading into memory.  I suppose it'll come in handy with the upcoming TW, though, and maybe one or two others so if I did splurge it would likely be for just a handful of game installs.  Wasn't sure if it was worth spending money on if the damn thing dies after a year and a half.

Hrmm.. come to think of it, the texture loading in Diablo 3 runs like complete sheeit so maybe that's another candidate, if I ever get back into it.

Finish my un-ballsed up AAR of Thunderbolt Apache Leader, complete my P-40 Warhawk so I can get going on my first ever AFV - 1/35 Scale Trumpeter Challenger 2.

With any luck I'll get some time on my new table top game World at War:Blood and Bridges

As for computer games? If I have any time - which I doubt - I'll likely fire up Far Cry 3 and hopefully some F1 2013

Oh - updates!

Well, I did complete my TAL AAR, I did do some minor work on my P-40 (it's made - just needs painting now) but didn't get started on my Challenger II or WaW Blood and Bridges.

I did get some time on F1 2012 - but nothing worth mentioning. I'm still trying to get the damned steering wheel to be responsive!
