^ You might make poorly timed minority jokes and be ostracized and marginalized after a brilliant run on a critically acclaimed tv sitcom.

Ugh.  I hated Seinfeld.  Never understood why that show was funny.

I had a love hate relationship with that show.  I thought it was stupid, but the characters were consistent and their portrayal of awful human beings in everyday situations was spot on.  I laughed many times in spite of my self.  I was mad at my self afterwards.

From Seinfeld back to social media;
No I am not (anymore). I have cancelled my Facebook account due to the constant privacy infringement tricks they seem to pull. I don't have energy to keep up with having to constantly monitor some obscure setting in my account configuration menus.

Besides, I don't care to read about people's 'look at how cool my life is' notices.
Same goes for Twitter; I do not care wether some dude took a dump at the exact same time every day, nor that girl finding these perfect shoes. :D

There is just so much nonsense people feel the need to share.

I like my 'out of the loop' piece of mind. I frankly don't care to be 'in the loop'.
The people I care about use an ancient device called; a telephone.
Yes we actually talk to eachother. Isn't that oldskool?! ;)

However, if pilots would need to do daily what they are capable of doing, nobody would dare to fly anymore."
