Apocalypse 31

That's a good map. Lots you can do with it

Nefaro

I thought we were gonna lose all our armor on Hill 44, south of the last objective.

At one point, many of our tanks were hit and taken out in a short amount of time along that ridge.  If that loss rate kept up, we'd be down to the CO & XO tanks, and maybe one rearming behind the line.   I didn't want to micro-manage too much while everyone was being fired on, but I ordered the brief withdrawal behind the ridge in the hopes that the few extra units rearming or catching up could come rejoin before pushing up again.

I don't think we got too much more up there other than some APCs and a few infantry.  You guys just put your heads down and bored through the horde for the win.  Nicely done.

It was a fun & challenging scenario.   O0

Here is the game play video from yesterday.  Nef did a great job as CO, however in the video I am trying to mess with videoing, playing etc... so I jump around the map a lot to different units.

Mission Objectives:
- Rescue Downed Airman
- Secure Objective Wheeler (Airfield)
- Secure Objective Steel

Apocalypse 31

Can someone help me out with patching to 3.019?

Whenever I try to install it, the installation .exe tells me I don't have a codemeter stick plugged in.

To use the Beta you need:
1. Beta file Here: http://www.esimgames.com/updates/beta/SBProPE3_019.rar
2. License for Beta. Contact support Here: http://www.esimgames.com/?page_id=771 . When you contact support give them your license number.

The above is explained in the first post of this thread under "Installing Beta". However you have to apply for the beta license now.

Just a note. We can and do still play on the released 3.011 .

Any issues then contact me :)

I have just bought the 4 month licence at $25. I was going to go for all singing all dancing codemeter, but I just need to make sure I will still be playing this.

tbh, if there's a community playing it and continuing to do so, I don't see why not. It's a great game...but I just needed to make sure. Many times before I've bought a full game after playing the demo or the trial only to find out it wasn't my bag afterall!

I'll be on in the week...maybe not tonight because my wife and daughter are back from their weekend away - but definitely Tuesday night

I understand. I play with people that have been playing since the first iteration (1999). The online community is small but solid. I am also here for the long term.

Most people that have SB play off line/single player. I think they loose so much not coming on line. The community is more mature than most on line communities. "The Dogs Of War" was setup so that people from this forum could share in the experience.

If anyone needs any info or help then they can contact me O0

I think I want a Leopard II  :)

You really think Sept 18th will come to that? I'm sure it can all be resolved without MBTs.  :))
