I want to check out the other North Town/South Town scenario (South Town Defense) to gauge it's difficulty and see if it's a static or mobile defense situation.  Will hopefully check in shortly and see if anyone wants to join.

How can you check the status of your licence?

Right-click the CodeMeter tray icon, then select "WebAdmin". There, go to Content | Licenses where all your managed licenses are listed, including expiration date (if any).

I just bought a new 4 month licence today. I got a link to activate it, but I hadn't clicked on it - and yet I was able to go and play Steel Beasts - even though *I think* the licence ran out on the 25th August (I have an email confirming my purchase on the 25th July)

So - either my old licence hasn't ran out for some strange reason, or the new licence enabled automatically...??

I'm not sure what happened in YOUR case, but here's how it works in general terms:

• Activating a license does NOT immediately start to make it count down its validity (the ticket activation only generates the license on your local computer (or in the CodeMeter stick, depending on type). The countdown will start only with the first time that you actually run Steel Beasts. So, if you activated the ticket but didn't get around to actually play SB, the license is still in good condition.
• Activating multiple tickets for time-based licenses adds time to the one time-based license that already is on the computer.
  From what I remember learning from Wibu Systems it SHOULD even be that if, say, you have two time-based licenses on your machine and you go for a holiday or something, the countdown will actually stop once that the first license is expired
• The beta version draws exclusively on the beta license. For all practical purposes consider it a different program with a different license. Your regular license and the beta license aren't concatenated.

Well the additional licence I bought hasn't been activated yet as I am playing the BETA version.

So I'll keep that for a rainy day...thx  ;)

I had a quiet one, but it was still very enjoyable.

I won't be around tonight because I have a wedding to go to...but I'll definitely be on on Sunday (real life permitting - but I have nothing planned)

A mission we did last night. Judge Dredd, Nefaro (CO) & Asid. we had to reach and hold the objective in our Leo2A5's....

So Nefaro decides he didn't like the look of this vehicle....

These are screens from a mission last night. We had M1A2sep's but lost our force... all except 1 Tank. Apocalypse 31 & assassin who are/were real life tankers shared the duties. Apocalypse took the gunners position and Assassin the TC... They fought hard and nearly entered the objective. ...

The fight was to hard  ....The battle weary duo finally succumbed to overwhelming odds.....  :'(
