I don't get it, what could possibly be so bad that asid disappeared from the grogs forum, this childish stuff is no reason to go all mia....that other dude is banned now so maybe asid will be back on the grogs forum.

He seems to have disappeared from all forums (no longer posting on Grogheads, Wargamer, Armchair General, ...) so the problem seems to be bigger than the few post here.
If it weren't for his postings here i would not have Steel Beasts on my HD right now.

I believe he still posts at Dogs of War.

I spoke to him the other night. He gave me the full SP. Of course - that was his view of events. I'm not saying anything related to that except - it did not matter a jot. When he was on here, he was the perfect gent, helpful and non-inflammatory.

There was no need for that BS to turn up on the doorstep.

I'll let him know his presence is required

Guys...this all really needs to stop now. We've all already said everything that needs to be said. Please focus all discussion in this thread on the actual game. If the thread dies now because Asid is gone and nobody else wants to discuss the actual game, so be it.

We've asked everyone to follow this simple rule in this thread several times. There is no other way to say it.

Frankly, the influx of overly serious full-time jackanapes into some of my later SB sessions turned me off the scene. 

Felt like some pushy people shoving their anal tendencies into our fun.  And I'm not too fond of ass being shoved in my face.  So I moved on, like others here.  I felt our fun time started getting co-opted by outside entities touting different goals regarding our own enjoyment.

When I connect with Asid again, we'll hang out like we always did.  Game or no.  O0  And laugh at the ridiculous nonsense.
