Maybe we can find a compromise - paint them in watercolors so they can be hosed off periodically.

Maybe but then Again these memorials were put up by an occupying force so maybe not so much.

I don't know...the Romanians and Bulgarians have pretty good military records and are tough people in general. I wouldn't discount them against the Russians. Plus they have residual anger left over from Soviet times to fuel them, clearly.

Steelie actually finished the completed nose of the sphinx :) And then knocked it off to try to do it over.
