Was there a Steam update or somesuch?   Your last savegame turn is not inputting properly and the game is trying to revert you back to AI control.

yesterday i removed the ~ from the savegame name and replaced it with _

these were the only circumstances that would let the turn send, ive changed it back to ~ and now the ISP has decided its ok

Maybe there was an extra hidden space involved somewhere by accident?

When Mom's file work acts weird, I often find that's a problem: she put an extra space in, and the non-monospace font she uses made it even less obvious.

I tried adding the tilde instead of the underscore on the old save file as well.  Neither one works. 

I tried reverting to an old save and re-running the previous turn again to see if I could then load this save in.  That didn't work either.

Then I tried reverting the game back to v1.03 because that worked in the past but not this time.

I have no idea what's happened between the last turn and this one to cause your save not to work any more UCG.  Tuna's saves still work as do mine and I haven't updated or done anything to my version of the game.

The only thing I can think to try now is to send the host file to one of you and see if you can successfully load everyone's save and process the turn.

No, nothing has changed.  That's why I was wondering if something bad been updated or changed with the Steam version.

theres no steam update or nothing on the forums to suggest a change or a similar problem

do you want to roll back a turn and see if it rights itself?
