Research suggests the internet doesn't have any clear clues about the Bruce clone (other than calling him the Bruce clone). Possibly Hugo Strange created Hush early (not really a clone) as one of his psychology experiments. Or the writers decided Prometheus should actually look like Bruce and not have white hair.  ::) :P I'm leaning toward the former based on what I've read about Season 2.

There's some speculation that the clone may be the show's interpretation of Lincoln March.

Yeah. I don't know much about him either,  but he's connected to the Court of Owls which I guess the show has introduced. It's all very speculative.

That was well-produced, but kind of uncritically overplayed. BTAS is good and definitely important, no dispute. But it has A LOT of weak points and whole episodes. And, uh, yeah actually there are more than a few hints of anachronistic dating. The show can get away with it better due to its ambitious all-time design; it'll probably look better as time goes on simply because it incorporates a swath of past-time visual and operational tropes dating back to Batman's origins in the 1930s. But that's because eventually everything in it will be outdated yet functionally incorporated retro-noir. ;)


As series, I'd have to add as I usually do, that I think SuperTAS, BatBeyond, and (despite some early stumbling) the Justice League seasons, are all superior. I'd even argue that SuperTAS is consistently better than the others, although I think JL/JLA accomplishes more overall.

It needs to be kept in context. BTAS was like no other animated series that had been done to that point. It rivaled, and in some ways exceeded, anything that had been done in the comics or films. It set the standard for how to do an animated comic series and it holds up remarkably well today. There may be better animated comic book series today, but BTAS set the standard for everything that has come since.

OK. Finally caught-up with the series premier from last Monday and the guy in the mask?  Could it be..... Green Hornet? Anybody else catch this one?

Can't recall if DC owns the rights to Green Hornet now. My guess is not if not, and I feel at least 98% sure they didn't have anything to do with the (pretty decent) recent Hornet movie.

He's working for the Owl Council and just kidnapped Bruce Wayne after kicking Alfred's ass pretty good. I'm thinking it's a ploy and he's really a good guy. But nobody's called him anything yet. He looks very Green Hornet-ish.
