Did anyone ask for a remake of the original Ghostbusters minus the atmosphere, intelligent humor and talent?

You know you're in bad shape when the trailer opens with a puke joke. 

I don't even really care about the female cast, so that's not my problem with it.  I mean, imagine this trailer with some of the male actors that typically appear in this kind of fare.  You put Adam Sandler and actors of his "caliber" in there and it'd have an even worse response.
