Kid number four (we'll call him the junior rifleman in the fire team  ;)) was born on Monday. I'd like to brag on the wife a minute and reveal that she has delivered all four kids without the aid of any sort of drugs/anesthetics. Having been present for each event, all I can say is that I'm amazed, especially since this guy was over nine pounds!

That being said, as per usual it will be CMANO for me when all I can spare a few minutes/everyone else in the house is sleeping. Maybe we'll see how well I can play with a newborn in one arm  :).

A lot of brunches and stuff this weekend with wife and family, anyhow got some times to play something simple and quick like door kickers. Will plan to play some more Graviteam Tactics: Mius-Front.

Stardrive 2. The game has now my full interest with the sectors and most of all the new victory conditions. I am not a warmonger even if i like to have good battles and fights but i never liked the eXtermination part in 4x games (that's why i always go for Diplomatic victory in the orginal MOO). It looks like i won't be able to win this first campaign but it's fun.

Interested in how diplomacy is. I had heard that the AIs in Stardrive 2 were all warmongers.
As for gaming this weekend I might give Stardrive 2 a go as well. Maybe MOO. And more work on my Horizon Star Trek mod.

Continuing PBEM with Jason in DC3... I fear that bad weather is looming on the Russian front....
Learning Plan Orange so that SDR and I can start a PBEM game of that.
I have a FtF game of Heroes of the Falklands setup for tomorrow afternoon... I'll try to remember to take some pics.
More VASSAL work... as Pinetree gently pointed out Heroes of the Nam module has not been released yet....
More work on the car as it will be warm here this weekend which should allow me to work with the garage door open and not lose any fingers.
More Atlantic Fleet if I have time.
More Civ IV MP if I can catch MD and Tuna on at the same time.

As for gaming this weekend I might give Stardrive 2 a go as well.

So far i've had better deals in Stardrive 2 than in the new MOO. Could have more options but it's been ok so far.

Wait, Barth, are you learning to play War Plan Orange (the official supermod for the original War in the Pacific), or another Plan Orange? Because I'm going to be jealous if it's WPO.

Also, we aren't even quite into mid-August yet, so I wouldn't worry much about mud lasting more than a day yet. Besides, when I need every shred of maneuver I can get, mud hurts me a lot more than you. Mud has definitely saved your bacon at least twice already; it's an inconvenience to you, but it's doomed my first two real chances at turning things around.

That being said, with the hole you recently blew in my central line, I'll be glad to hope for all the mud I can get -- in the right place(s)!

Continuing my FortressCraft campaign and AAR (which I'll have an update to soon with more screenies this time -- things progress a lot slower in this game compared to Empyrion despite the similar topical structure), which I'm having so much fun with I straight up forgot I was supposed to download the beta for Gothic Fleet. Which I'll no doubt try some skirmishing on before trying any mp.

Speaking of mp, though, Windy and I will be trying to set up an XCOM2 match some time this weekend. If that works, I'll take video for an AAR.
