So, it's Season 6 premier night and no thread? What gives? Fatigue? Excitement? Won't watch until Martin completes all the remaining books so you won't have either experience spoiled? So much anticipation....!!!!!!!!!! Who's dead? Who's alive? Will Tyrion and Daenerys do it? Will Jon Snow and Melisandre do it? Reek and Sansa, popsicles or hunted? How many Faces will Arya have? Is Lady Stoneheart EVER going to make an appearance? These and all your other questions to be answered, As the World Burns!!!

Finally got caught up on season 5 last week. The last 2-3 episodes were brutal! Looking forward to tonight.

I'm a little conflicted on this one, since some of the depictions are only supposed to be 14-17 years old or so. But the art is pretty darn good.

Seemed like an ok start to the season, seemed pretty standard stuff....only disappointing thing was the fact it seemed really short after spending a good portion recapping last season and then even ended early. Could have used those extra minutes to do more:)

The final scene gave me Shining flashbacks but I enjoyed the whole premier very much.

I thought Melisandre was kind of giving up...? Doesn't seem like her to do that though. Did her change only occur when she removed that choker? Is that what contains her power, and could it then be given to Jon somehow?

I'm probably making a fool of myself but it's fun to speculate!

I read somewhere there were scenes with her in the past where she wasn't wearing the choker...they also speculated during that scene it showed bottles of some kind of potion on the dresser....maybe that is where she gets the power from and maybe something that could help Jon.
