I completed the setting with a werewolf bargain, not tried it yet but it looks similar and  for 60p "Guise of the Wolf" for 60p

The 'basic version' fixes many bugs so I would call this one required.
The 'plus part' of the patch adds content to the game so this is more optional.

I was looking at elder scrolls online on humble 50% off, but VAMPIRE THE MASQUERADE - BLOODLINES has to be my favarite of the two and ant only 3.74 is better yet.
