I have been too but it has seemed to be quite slow going with little in the way of updates last times I checked.

I imagine it will start moving along much faster now that its on Kickstarter. It's nearly 1/3 of the way to their funding goal in less than 48 hours.

^Agreed. I am a kickstarter backer and have been waiting....mostly patiently....but the alpha build almost has me more concerned than not. I think you're right, it's gonna need another year.

The zombie game I've been playing the hell out of is 7 Days to Die. It's currently on Alpha 7.5 and gets better with every release. I have some 200 hours in so far and it's not even the full game yet! There is another thread on 7 Days so I'll save some of my zombie love for that, but at this point I'm much more excited about 7DTD.

Saw this pop up on Steam today for $29.99.

Not wanting to fork over 30 bucks for an unfinished game but it appears as if the devs have been giving it attention and improving it steadily over the last many months.

Anyone have this/playing it? I'm very intrigued by its turn-based nature. I did get State of Decay a few months back but was very 'meh' about it.

7 Days to Die is on my wishlist too.

I was a kickstarter supporter, but frankly, I've had so much fun playing 7 Days to Die that I've been content to wait for Dead State to fully develop before I fire it up. It's on my hard drive, maybe it's time I took it for a run.

All the endorsements on GH for 7 Days to Die made me splurge...I had about $30 left on my Steam wallet so I thought what the heck and bought it this morning.

I just gotta wait until this afternoon to fire it up.

I assume you can do multiplayer...might be good to try a GH-themed game if we can all find the time. If so how many can play in MP at the same time? Anyone here try MP?
