She does like falafel.

Also, there are 3 reviews for the game on Steam so far, one from tgb. All are very positive and pretty detailed.

So Steam comments aside, have any of you guys gotten to play  enough to review? I watched the YouTube videos and it did not seem particularly deep and involving but it's hard to say.

The Steam reviews go pretty deep into the mechanics, actually. I was impressed with tgb's comments.
