This was brought up on another site and since I didn't see it mentioned here yet, figured I post it.

A Go Fund Me has been set up to help out Dean Essig, his wife Sara and their family as Sara was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in a fairly advanced stage. She just recently started treatment. The fund goes directly to a bank in the small town they live in, Homer IL, and will help them with miscellaneous expenses and just basic 'stuff' while they fight the cancer.

I am sure that they would appreciate any donation that can be sent their way.
