I was never a fan of his music but have to admit he was talented. And only 53! I'm 51!  :o

5 days left in 2016... who's next?  :(  (Who's left?!?)

Dammit Carl!

Rest easy, man. Thanks for your works.

Had a dude I knew in high school who simply adored George Michael's hair - goofy, tall sumbitch but danged if he didn't have nice hair.  Hope this news doesn't bring him too down, wherever he is.

Wow. Had he been ill?

RIP George.

According to this, he was "struggling with his weight in the months before his death." Perhaps his recent weight gain was a factor in his death due to heart failure.

Rest in peace, George.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

George had an addiction problem.  Those catch up with you in your 50s.

On an unexpected note, there was an AP story today about all of the money George gave to charity.  Millions of pounds.  He instructed all of the charities to not tell anyone that he was a contributor.  They went public after his death.  My wife and I liked some of his early stuff, and "Careless Whispers" is one of the funniest songs of all time (unintentionally).  But I admire people who help the less fortunate, especially when they don't make a big deal about it.
