Aren't they opening for Blink-182 right now?

Whoa now. Blink-182 was pretty awesome at the show I saw this past summer. I can't even remember who opened for them - some tweenfan bands (All American Rejects and A Day To Remember I think - not bad but not great).

The Dongle Holders they were not. There was a VH1 Behind the Dongle on them 20 years ago, wasn't there?  :D

It was earlier than that: 'The Dongle Holders- Unplugged'. There may have been a green cardigan involved.

Wasn't the Dongel Holders the band Boy George started after Culture Club.
'Here at NASA we all pee the same color.'  Al Harrison from the movie Hidden Figures.

BanzaiCat

I think that was a side project. Boy George, Pete Burns (that dude from Dead Or Alive), and some other confused young gentlemen.

Sort of like Damn Yankees, but with more makeup and less angst.

Im pretty sure that was the combined band of Bananarama and Bangels.

I dunno. Bananarama was much more manly than Damn Yankees.

I can confirm as a chick , lol , that a healed war wound from running the trails is über cool  8) however , if you come near me with blood currently dripping off you ....I'm running away !!!  ;D  not very fast yet , haha , but STILL running  :D

that looks like a nasty gash though , I hope it heals soon enough  O0

That photo was taken about five years ago when I was running in the Shenendoahs.  I fell, and my knee landed hard on a rock.  That one hurt like a sumbit.  Luckily no one was near me to hear my swearing.

Sir Slash

I was in Harper's Ferry, Va. a few years ago. I took the mountain trail that gives you a wonderful view of the Shenandoah River and skinned my knee on a rock on top. It wasn't so bad until I started back down the trail. Then it hurt like hell. Every step was, "Ouch. Shit. Ouch. Shit" the whole way down.
"Take a look at that". Sgt. Wilkerson-- CMBN. His last words after spotting a German tank on the other side of a hedgerow.

Good Lord, Arc, you aren't kidding about your forum name!

Luckily a day that bad is an anomaly. Hell, two days later it's -13 (8.6 F). Tomorrow it's expected to be -2 (28 F).
