It's been summer here two months already. I spent the afternoon floating around the pool with a drink in one hand and a whip in the other to keep grandkids from playing, "Dump The Old Fart Out Of His Float". But I got even with them--- I put a BUG in the pool and suddenly I was all alone.

80 here all ready. Still no AC at work. FML.

Seriously go home - or at least go where there's a/c...over 90 inside with no a/c is dangerous.

We'll see how it goes. It was 81 when I got here. They did install one AC unit last week (and it's running now), but the rest are still stacked up in the corner. I expect they'll be installed sometime in September.

So far, it's tolerable. Fortunately I'm directly in the path of the one AC unit, though about 20 feet away.

Ok it's 2pm EST, the hottest part of the day. Mirth - you still alive?

Yeah. The AC is at least slowing the rate of temp increase. Between that and the fan on my desk, it's tolerable.
