I've seen some people complain about "whitewashing" in this movie.

But the film was written, created, and directed by Chinese folks.

Meanwhile, I think the movie looks.. .... imaginative!  :bd: There's a good chance I'll like it a lot, but past experience suggests an equally good chance I won't.

Somehow my expectation of both feels higher than 50%.  ::)
