Avlon Hill's Gulf Strike was ported to the computer, had it on my old Atari.  Would love to see it modernized and on the PC.

The 1990s FPS adaptation of Space Hulk including Vengeance of the Blood Angels (which upgraded the gfx very nicely, but tanked the user interface into the Eye of Terror.)

The new Deathwing game doesn't count -- it's a L4D co-op shooter. That's fine, but not the genius board game adaptation into FPS rules of the Electronic Arts game. I still pull out the PC version on DosBox (it needs an older version though to work right). Gameplay still holds up. It nailed the "lieutenant in the APC watching the marines vs the aliens" vibe from Cameron's Aliens exactly, which is what the board game itself was aiming for.

For that matter, the D&D wargame Red Arrow, Black Shield -- verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy loosely adapted by SSI into Fantasy Empires. I don't care for a remake of that (though Bro and I played it a lot), but a proper port of RABS would be nice.

A couple of you guys mentioned Red Storm Rising.  I can't wait to see how that reboot turns out.

Also concur with Jarhead about many of the Janes titles.
