And in the most surprising, and inexplicable, bracket, there is no seed higher than a 3.  The 8 took out the 1.  And either you are all terrible sentimentalists, or Kip Winger is holding your dog hostage.  The first matchup is Bon Jovi slayer, Amanda, by Boston.  They will face the overwrought stylings of another of the genres sappiest songs, Faithfully.  As ubiquitous as, I Wanna Know What Love Is, was at the time of its release, I didn't think it had the staying power to get this far.  It faces the Beast That Will Not Die, Miles Away, by the aforementioned Mr. Winger.  Good luck deciding which one of these...*ahem*..."gems," suits you best.  At this point, I'm almost rooting for Kip.

After last night's brain fart, I switched the voting to 2 per person.  Steelgrave just let me know that he cast a vote earlier, but, even with the edit, he cannot cast another vote.  The only option I see is to reset the poll results to zero, add the second vote and see what happens.  I hope that those of you who have already voted will come back in and do so again.  My apologies for the inconvenience.
