Decades Feeder Bracket - 1991 Final 8

Looks as if this first round went almost as expected.  We have two chalk matchups, Nirvana versus R.E.M. in the 1/8 and Metallica versus Guns N' Roses in the 3/6.  I'm not even really surprised that Soundgarden took out Ozzy in the 7/10 to advance to the next round versus Pearl Jam in the 2/10.  What did surprise me was Tom Petty beating Temple of the Dog.  I expected the wave of Chris Cornell nostalgia to sweep that song through.  Instead, they lost 7 to 4.  One of the great things about doing this is you guys constantly surprise me.  Anyways, happy voting!

Well, this bracket went to crap fast.

Well, I could put more songs in that I like.  Or use songs that are better sounding to my ear, but, I am casting my net wide enough to include as many voters as possible.  If it was up to me, there would never be a Nirvana, Pearl Jam, R.E.M., Radiohead, Cure, Depeche Mode, Bush, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Pink Floyd The Wall, and a host of others on and on.  But I try to play to the audience and include enough that most folks will at least know the song and have an opinion.  Which, obviously, you guys do.  And thanks for letting me know.
