Looks like it could be interesting. I like how the medieval villages and cities look like they smell. Nothing looks clean or tidy.

Thanks - I have Kingdom Wars 2 but have yet to play it. But this new game appears to be a lot more ambitious, at first glance anyway.

Bought Kingdom Wars 2: Battles several years ago. Played it for about a week and then uninstalled it. Very disappointing game, pretty much a mess IMHO. It's still getting mixed reviews even with the Zombie DLC. Complaints of abandoning this to focus on this new one. I've watched a first impressions video just posted on YouTube a few hours ago. Not sure from the video if I think it's worth taking the plunge as of yet.

I bought Kingdom Wars 2 because of the ZLC a few months ago for ~5.00...it's not so good? Reviews on Steam were likewarm/favorable when I bought it.

I watched an impressions video and it looked pretty good. They are trying some unique things here and I always like to reward innovation, so what the hell. It only cost me $16.

Can't Windoze be installed on modern Macs now? -- when they totally abandoned their former user base (e.g. me) and went to the "Universal Code" system, so that all their programs had to be rebought, wasn't that so WinOS could be installed and run on Mac hardware?

Reading the comments on Steam, sounds unstable at the moment.  I'll hold off, but definitely something I am interested in. 

But frankly, I am just tapping out my time, waiting for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.

My Mac is 6 years old.

I can install Bootcamp on a partition and run Windows, but it would crush the computer to play anything recent.

Anyone who wants to pony up and buy me a new one is welcome to! :D
