I just turned on the Weather Channel. I dunno....I think I really prefer hurricane coverage to winter storm coverage.

Reporters standing in ankle-deep water or ankle-deep snow, getting soaked to the bone/freezing their nuts off, to tell you the same thing they told you five minutes ago. Repeat. The joys of a 24-hour weather channel.

I don't know. I'm just watching the winter coverage and for some reason I like watching the hurricanes more.

I gotta go to a wrestling match tonight, but I'm looking forward to sitting down and watching some of the coverage later tonight.

My cable provider pulled the Weather Channel from my area two years ago 😥

Now we have Accu Weather...the weather sluts were hotter on the Weather Channel but Accu Weather is working on it.

It's going crazy outside right now. I took the dog out to pee and it was no joke, poor little guy.

I'll try to grab some pics later. I'm going to be surprised if we don't lose power later today.

Do you have city water? If not you may want to fill your bathtub just in case. It's a bummer when you have nothing to flush the toilet with.

We have well water so when the power goes out, the water goes out. Was a shock the first time it happened.

We have a big tub of water, probably 40-50 gallons, plus several gallons of drinking water stockpiled. We're good to go.

Looks like you're getting the brunt right now. It's already pretty gnarly here, I can't imagine what 1pm is going to look like when it peaks. :o

It's hard to tell with the wind, but it looks like we've got a few inches for sure, but it's drifted to at least 6-8" in the lee already.
